Green Stories on Catalog Spree

Earth Month is over, and we’re proud to say that we’re #1 on Mashable’s list of 9 ideas to help you go green on Earth Day – along with more great coverage. We contributed $25,000 to plant 25,000 trees in the  Pike National Forest in Colorado to aid reforestation. Why are we doing this? 53 million trees are cut down per year for catalogs in the United States, but as we move catalogs from the print, paper and postage paradigm to the digital experience, we will reduce the retail industry’s carbon footprint. For more details, read the press release.
